Legit storefront with good prices
I was looking for a hard to find perfume when I discovered this site. Was a bit cautious having been burned before by online only vendors, but after a little checking they seemed legit, so I ordered. Since then I’ve order twice more. The products are fresh and well priced. So far they have honored their coupon codes and shipped promptly. Recommended

My package was not delivered to the…
My package was not delivered to the correct address and the company continues to tell me I need to make a police report before they will refund or resend my purchase. I’m not able to make a police report when I have not received anything, thus nothing has been “stolen”. The delivery acknowledgement only shows my city and zip code…no specific address. I have emailed several times and spoken to representatives and no form of communication has been helpful. I have never had such a dismissive response from a company. So if your packages somehow get incorrectly delivered don’t expect much help. In addition, I live in a building with a concierge and staff. They log all packages that are delivered to the building and my package was never logged since it was clearly delivered to the wrong building. I checked multiple times with them. Packages are NEVER left in front of the building. I have contacted your customer service various times and they are of no help so please stop directing me to customer service.

We sincerely apologize for any frustration you have experienced and want to assure you that our goal is to assist you as best as we can. A police report is required when mail carriers confirm accurate delivery to the address provided, as this suggests the package may have been stolen. This step helps us ensure that future orders to this location are secure. We’re committed to making this right, and we kindly ask that you contact us directly with your order number so we can assist you further. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, and Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. Thank you for your understanding.
