Beware! Counterfeit products!
I would give eCosmetics zero stars, but I had to choose at least one star to leave this review. eCosmetics sold me 3 counterfeit Kerastase Masquintense conditioners to the tune of over $200. I’ve been using this conditioner for 20 years, so I know what the packaging is supposed to look like (it is sealed under the lid), and I know the texture and smell of the product. Comparing side by side with another container I have of the original product, it is obvious that this product is not the same. The counterfeit one is more yellow and looks like vanilla pudding, whereas the original Kerastase Masquintense is more white, more thick in texture and has almost a shimmer. If I could upload a photo to this review, you could see for yourself. Unfortunately I did not open these when I received them, because I’ve never been sold a counterfeit product and the outside packaging didn’t raise any alarms. I still had product left so didn’t actually open the counterfeit product until today when I ran out of the other. So it’s too late to request a refund. I will never purchase from eCosmetics again, and I hope this review prevents someone else from making the same mistake I did.
