Received my purchase today exactly what was promised!!!!
Received my purchase today - it was everything that I was promised at a most incredible price. I had been watching prices for two years waiting for them to come down - many times too afraid to order from the company. eCosmetics had a very good review thru BBB so I decided to buy - it was a GREAT decision. Everything is like they promised!!! Not a single complaint!!!!

Poor shipping practices
Had to cancel an order placed nine days ago. Customer service said that the items had to be shipped from one warehouse to a different central shipping point and that they were delayed. Never again.

Our estimated shipping timeframe is 2-8 business days, and while we strive to meet this, unforeseen delays with the mail carrier transporting items between our shipping facilities have unfortunately impacted some shipments. We understand how disappointing this experience must have been and truly regret any inconvenience it caused. One of our representatives has reached out to you again for further clarification. Our Customer Care Representatives are also always available via email, chat, or phone Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST on Saturday and Sunday.
