I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with eCosmetics. It's the first time I have ordered from them. I had a question about my order, and it was promptly answered the same day. My order arrived in a timely manner, in perfect condition, and was exactly what I ordered. I will definitely order from them again.

free shipping is not really free
If you increase your order ECosmetics offers free shipping, then you increase your order and the system confirms free shipping. Then after you place the order there is a flat fee of $9.95 for shipping. This is bait and switch. Do not trust this company. Update: eCosmetics responded by saying that they understand that this may have been unexpected... (then they ask that I call them) My response is that they failed to inform me of the $9.95 charge and actually indicated the shipping was free, then charged me the $9.95 after I placed the order and increased the total cost by $9.95. The solution is to be honest with your clients and tell them about the $9.95 flat fee "before" the order is placed, and include the $9.95 in the price "before" the order is placed (rather than an unexpected charge after the order has been placed, which is bait and switch.

Additionally, shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free shipping and are subject to a flat shipping rate of $9.95. We make sure to include this in the FAQ section of our website to ensure our customers are well-informed. Please contact our customer care team directly with your order number so we can further assist you. You can contact us via email, chat, or phone Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, and Saturday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST.
