Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration. We aim to ship orders within 2-8 business days, but unforeseen delays at some facilities have affected certain shipments. However, it appears your current order was shipped the next business day after being placed and an estimated delivery date should be provided by the carrier soon. A representative has already reached out to assist you. Our Customer Care Representatives are also always available via email, chat, or phone Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST on Saturday and Sunday.
