My order was placed 17 days ago and is not here which is not “fast free shipping” as advertised on the top of their website. Also, upon inquiry, they apologized for delays by the carrier. I would note that it took 11 days for them to get it to the carrier. It was not the carriers fault. It is just beauty products so it is what it is. But their website advertising is false as it is not fast free shipping.
