I love this company. They always run the best sales. Everything is exactly as described. I always check them before I order from Macy’s or any big box store.

I WOULDN’T EVEN GIVE ONE STAR. I USED MY MC IN MY APPLE WALLET TO CHARGE THIS ORDER AND IT AUTOMATICALLY PUT IN A VERY OLD MAILING ADDRESS. I IMMEDIATELY NOTICED ORDER DIDN’T ALLOW ME TO CHANGE MAILING ADDRESS, LIKE MOST SITES. I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER SVC AND TOLD THEM TO PLS CHANGE TO CORRECT CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS. THEY PROMISED ME THAT AS SOON AS MY ORDER SHOWED UP IN THE SYSTEM, THEY WOULD CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS AND EMAIL ME CONFIRMATION. LATER THIS AFTERNOON I RECEIVED SHIPPING EMAIL WITH THE OLD ADDRESS!!! I CALL CS AGAIN AND THEY WERE OF NO HELP!! After submitting this review and contacting CS for a 3rd time, advising them the tracking said only label was prepared and they were waiting for product and demanding cancellation and refund, they finally agreed to fully refund and cancel my order, Whew,,,so much effort to make things right.
