A customer service representative reached out to you via email to further assist. Our Customer Care Representatives are also always available via email, chat, or phone Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST on Saturday and Sunday.
