I have never purchased anything from ECosmetics until recently. I purchased (Valentino cologne). Their price was fantastic and the way they expedited the order was one of the best online services that I have ever received (other than Amazon). I would always look at their site first when purchasing any beauty items!!

After two weeks on watching the shipment not move from lable status they gave me a refund after several emails of lack of movement. They refunded my money cause they didn't know when they would get the item. It was blue de chanel edp . Lol everyone has it. Just not at the price they were offering it. Wouldnt waste my time ordering from them again. The reply is unacceptable, you can get me Valentino but you couldn't get me the chanel its not in stock. Order at you own risks I read reviews too late. Its a known problem with this company
