Bad atomizer but good quality
I loved the prices and the quality of the fragrances. But some of the atomizer did not work and shipments were delayed. They did replace most of them but the inconvenience made me weary.

At the time your order was placed in January 2025, we were experiencing a high volume of orders, and our team was diligently working to get all orders out as quickly as possible. We’re glad to see that the issue with the atomizers was resolved and that store credits and a replacement were issued to help make up for the inconvenience. We have since resolved this manufacturing defect with the brand as we receive the products directly from them. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and our Customer Care Representatives are always available to assist you via email, chat, or phone, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST.

Order worked out well
I was able to purchase a product I love from France at close to the same price I pay there. My order was confirmed, shipping details were sent and I received the order two days earlier than originally confirmed. Thank you!

Picture of product on site differs from what was received
The site picture and what was received were different packaging though the name of the product was the same. I ordered from your site as the picture matched what I am currently using. Now, not sure if the formula as well as the packaging design of this product has changed. On 10-14 I received a response to this review from eCosmetics and they were very responsive and caring. I have upped my rating to 5 stars.
