Condescending
Condescending, no actual effort or care into resolving my issue. Enough of the corporate talk and actually help me recieve what I paid for! Edit:they are now harassing me to change my negative review but when I pay almost a hundred dollars I expect some care and effort. I expect the delivery to require someone answering the door or actually putting it in my mailbox. I expect an actual email updating me its out for delivery. None of this happened. To make me wait a week just to tell me tracking says it arrived... you think I dont know that? I was wronged, I spent money for this Xmas present im not even gonna get and now youre asking me to kindly update u on the police investigation u recommend me to take on and that good luck? Gurl.... save it! Yall left me in the dust.
