Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We’re happy to hear your order arrived on time and was well packaged. We also wanted to note that tracking details are typically sent by email, though they can sometimes land in a spam or junk folder. We truly appreciate your feedback and support as we continue to improve our service.

If you want delays in receiving your order
The items I ordered said that it would ship in 2-3 weeks. After contacting customer service I was told that they could not guarantee it arriving a month from the date that I had ordered. Do not count on items arriving in a timely manner
Response from eCosmetics.comDec 22, 2025
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the shipping timeline and for any inconvenience. Our preorder items do have a shipping timeframe of 2–3 weeks, this estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date and may be impacted by factors such as inventory availability and processing delays. We truly regret that we were unable to provide a more definitive delivery date when you contacted our customer service team. Please feel free reach out to us with your order number so we can assist you further. Our team is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST, and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST on Saturday and Sunday.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our website states under "Shipping and Delivery" that with standard shipping, we estimate arrival 2-8 business days after ordering. Today would mark the 2nd business day, and your order is currently on track to arrive within that window. One of our representatives has reached out to you to provide further details. Our customer care representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST, and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST on Saturday and Sunday. Please contact us with questions or concerns so we can quickly assist you.

Bait and switch shipping
Made it appear order would arrive in a couple days, it won't even ship for 2-8 days, definitely won't make it in time for xmas! Won't shop here again!
Response from eCosmetics.comDec 21, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. Our standard shipping timeframe is an estimated 2-8 business days. Your order was placed December 19th, and shipped the same day. Your package has shipped from our facility and is in the hands of the mail carriers. Unfortunately, with the high demand for mail carriers, the postal services have been experiencing slight delays in shipping and tracking updates.
