Excellent update to a 1-star review
I had written a 1-star review several weeks ago, as the product I had received was subpar and close to the expiration date. Thankfully, I have an excellent update! The team at eCosmetics contacted me within a couple of hours of leaving the review, requesting some additional information and apologizing for my experience. They wound up shipping me a brand new product, free of charge, to replace the original PCA Skin Hyaluronic Acid Overnight Mask. It came on time, was in perfect condition, with an expiration date more than two years out. Things happen; what matters is when a company takes the time to make it right. I will definitely be purchasing from eCosmetics again.
