I was happy to see such a high rating…
I was happy to see such a high rating for this website. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I ordered a neck cream I have used from other sites with success. When it arrived after two weeks, it had an "old" smell. I looked up the codes which were production codes not expiration and found it was an "expired" product. I contacted them, and spoke with Rosemary and it was requested I send photos, have to hassle with a return of product to get my money back and they do not have another unexpired product to replace the outdated one. My question is does this site have better pricing because you are getting outdated products? If you are debating between two sites, I would go with the other. This is not one I would take a risk on again. My comment after reply: Yes, Celelia did reach out after Rosemary yesterday to give me a free return label and I will be refunded when you get the product. I hope to ship it out today. x

For many skincare products, especially those without active drug ingredients, brands don’t print a set expiration date and instead track production internally. That said, we completely understand your concern about the scent and never want you to feel unsure about anything you receive from us. Since batches change frequently, we’re not always able to guarantee a different one for replacement. We truly appreciate you giving us a try and allowing us the chance to make this right. I like that it’s easy to place the…
I like that it’s easy to place the order and get free shipping. Also your company gave me free gifts. I was offered 25% off and when I went back to place the order the discount was gone. I think when I went to place my order the next day I was supposed to get 15% off. I am not sure if I got either one.
