Excellent Price, Fast Shipping, and Outstanding ServiceI had an excellent experience with…
I had an excellent experience with Ecosmetics! They offered the best price I could find for the Neova Hair Strengthening System, which was already a huge win. On top of that, my order shipped quickly, was very well packaged, and even arrived ahead of the expected delivery date. It’s so refreshing to find a company that delivers on both value and service. I’ll definitely be ordering from Ecosmetics again—highly recommend!

The canclled my order AGAIN
They canceled my order AGAIN! This company is an absolute joke! First, they claimed my credit card info didn't match, so they canceled my order. 2nd time, they claimed "due to high demand," all of the items I ordered are out of stock so they canceled, AGAIN! NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!
Response from eCosmetics.comApr 8, 2026
We’re really sorry for the frustration this caused, we completely understand how upsetting it is to have an order canceled, especially more than once. In some cases, orders may be canceled due to a combination of availability limitations and standard review processes we have in place for certain purchases. We realize the emails you received didn’t provide the clarity you deserved, and that’s on us. A member of our team has reached out to you directly. Thank you for your feedback.
