No promotion item available but still advertising it
Hi , unimpressed with the offer for a free lip gloss …..shopped and had an $85 balance but then when I went to order, it said you were sold out and lip gloss promotion was not being offered any longer. I really think it’s false advertising. Sorry lowered my opinion of your company & didn’t order .
Response from eCosmetics.comMay 28, 2026
We understand how disappointing it can be when a promotional item is no longer available during checkout. Promotions and inventory are subject to availability, and high demand can sometimes cause items to sell out quickly. A member of our Customer Care team has already reached out to assist further, and we’re always happy to help. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST, and Saturday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST.

Hope you enjoy waiting weeks to get your products
So apparently I ordered something that they didn’t currently have in stock and it will take 2-3 weeks for them to get it, I also ordered something else they do currently have in stock but won’t ship it until they ship the back order item. I should have read reviews before purchasing because this is a huge problem with them. I will never order from or recommend this company.
Response from eCosmetics.comMay 28, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our standard shipping timeframe is typically estimated at 2–8 business days. Some products may also be listed as pre-order items, which require a longer processing time of approximately 2–3 weeks due to higher demand. If an item is on pre-order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your order status and help resolve any concerns. Please reach out to our support team with your order details so we can assist you further. Our Customer Care Representatives are also available via email, chat, or phone Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST.

I have ordered from e-commerce before on a couple of occasions. This memorial holiday and the email reminder of special discount caused me to finally put the order together. I happened to need certain Yon-ka products and it was a pleasure to find them , order , get the discount!! & get confirmation. Many thanks Suzanne
