Do not buy from this company! They came to my door last month and were very nice and answered all of my questions and I was impressed with them because they said they are all natural and don't have a bad smell and use a human and dog/cat safe jell bug killer and also said that they would put ant poison and flee poison out in the grass as well as rat traps because I live in town and have seen rats at night in the back yard and so it sounded like a good deal so I bought the biggest package they offered me gladly, well a week later some different guy comes out and is all he does is spray the windows with some chemicals that made me and my wife sick and gave me a panic attack lasting most of the day it was terrible So I txt the guy that originally came out and told him that they didn't put out rat traps or ant poison and that is all they did was spray the windows and make me sick and so he said that they can try using an all natural bug killer next time?! I said that was what I thought they were going to do from the get go?! And he ignored the part about them not putting out rat traps or anything and just doesn't txt back so 2 days go buy and I ask again I say so can you cancel this service or do I need to go online to do it? And he says he can do it but there is a fee ? I said you can keep the 193.77$ I already paid you so that you are paid for your time and so is the guy that did the half azz job but I'm not paying extra to cancel an agreement that y'all did not fulfill on y'all's end. because an agreement is a two-way street I fulfill my half of the agreement by paying the financial burden, but then they have to fulfill their half by fulfilling the service which is written down in the agreement and because they did not fulfill their half of the agreement they are in breach of our agreement therefore we have no agreement. Furthermore I told him that I know for a fact that he can cancel out this agreement for free because of my work history I've been in management for several different companies I know how the computer programs work I know how third-party billing works and I know that you can cancel the agreement without Financial penalty it just takes having the balls to call your manager and get the approval which they don't like to do and he even admits that I'm correct, however he wasn't going to cancel it for free because he wants to pull a power move he would not give me any reason why he wouldn't other than the fact he just wants to be a dick and seeing as how this company by no means does remotely anything that it says it does I can only assume that this is a scam company that popped up overnight and I recommend nobody use them . PS the bugs have been 10 times worse since they came out and sprayed that initial time it's as if they put out bug food not bug poison I don't understand why it seems to attract bugs and not get rid of them . Ohh and the sales guy's name is ​Brayden he's blond about 5ft 9" 170ish lb and 20 to 25yr old is my guess and a total azz wipe IMO .

Bang on my door every month in a private community. Lie about being in the community multiple times just to solicit. Looking up their company I see they have many complaints of banging on doors and also fraudulent contracts or misleading clients to sign a contract that isn't what they verbally presented.

Today we were approached about pest control. My husband talked to them and agreed to let them treat our property. Both persons, Meloney and Davis were very professional. We did a follow up after and it looked good.

In a rural area with posted no trespassing one of their reps decided he’d try and wander down our private road to push their product. If you can’t read or follow directions, why the heck would you think someone would sign an agreement with you?

Don’t trust the 5 stars they have to beg for them to make their job recognize them!!! We signed up for Ant service and at first we were happy, then we realized the ants still haven’t gone away only in the freeze of winter. They were Never on time and actually pushed my contract out a month from being late. We will not be renewing our contract. When we were out our neighbors let us know after we were done with eco shields contract that they are door to door selling using Our name😡 2 of our neighbors came to us to ask how their service was they signed up. I told them cancel and buy Terro and home defense from you hardware store one of the employees showed me what they used and said they ran out during covid and had trouble getting it (terro) they were ordering it on Amazon I will be making a call to the better business bureau and eco shield they do not have the right to use our name door to door. We also haven’t had ant problems since I started my own regiment. Please beware of using this company! If I could give them 0 for stars I would. Also make sure you cancel After the contract ends because they keep services going even though you think it’s over!!

Absolute scam. Door to door services that include a 12 month contract and are 2-3x higher than competing prices. Contract details not disclosed, but they include a 12-month term that costs $200 to cancel. The initial service took about 20 minutes and missed several wasp nests and did nothing to address our concerns. Very, very poor quality pest control service. Customer service, Chon, was clearly trained to try to keep customers and repeatedly tried to drop the pricing from $239 quarterly to $150 quarterly. DO NOT USE!

Eco-shield, DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! After my completed service on June 20th 2024, 30 minutes later, another company selling pest servises in my neighborhood. I said Eco shield just left.He said that Eco-shields reputation is they only say they do the job and then bill you. I was still irritated at the eco-shield guy who had just left, because he never gave me ant traps I had asked for. Thinking this second guy was just trying to sell me, I called him on it and said, "Yeah, right, prove it to me!" and unfortunately he did. He showed me my house pictures on his cell phone that they really didn't do what I was paying them for. (My contract started with Eco-shield May of 2022) There was a obvious long time rodents' nest that they failed to mention near the bait trap, so I doubt it was even changed. If they were looking at the trap they would have seen the rodents and mentioned it. The spider webs under the house eaves were removed with a long-handled brush by the second company WHILE I WATCHED. This was supposedly had been done by Eco-shield. After a frustrating several hours of trying to get through to Eco shield to complain. This included multiple phone calls to directed to foreign countries and 2 local offices trying to complain, I finally got someone to agree to terminate my contract and they removed my billing from their system on their end. On July 5th I got another message I still owed them for the "service they performed" they said just because they agreed on June 20th to terminate the contract and remove the method of payment they already had, it doesn't mean that I don't owe them for the service that they (didnt) perform. I paid it becaus I didnt want to go through the hours of multiple phone calls again trying to resolve this issue. This system is designed to fail the customer and milk every last cent from the client.....DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!. If there are any issues it is impossible to resolve them, and you will pay for the privilege of trying to get rid of them.
