They’re definitely a scam. I’ve been emailing for a month trying to figure out where my package is and they just keep telling me to wait. They keep giving me the same “tracking link” but there is no information about the tracking number or the actual shipping company that they sent it through. I’ve asked for this information 3 times now. They continue to send the same link with no further info.

Just to touch base back on my order from 11/25/24 today is 1/9/25 and I still haven’t received my package, every time I email the company at Economicalk they just say be patient it will come and the tracking is horrible just says in transit, does not tell you where it is to be in transit. I will never purchase from this company ever again.

Reviewers Ordered 2 of the Bluetooth headlamp beanie on 11/25/24, still waiting for this to arrive, they Christmas presents the tracking only says it’s in transit and support says just be patient they will reach out to carrier to get a better update, really it’s been over a month now! I worked in transportation and I’ve never had this poor communication from anything I’ve ordered from other companies. Products never took this long to arrive. Needless to say this will be the last time I order from this company. By reading some of the other reviews on their products and not being pleased with what they got now I’m upset that when I get my products they are going to be cheap and not work.

These are so cheap cheesy and way to expensive for what you get. I received one glove not working and they only are offering me $6 back, no replacement. What a rip off. Made so poorly. Do not buy!

Big scam, firstly ordered 2 phone cables charged me double! I emailed support and they said sorry you will get refund 2-3 business days, never got refund of the extra charge, secondly which it worse those chargers supposed to be really good and super fast with charging as they were advertise for them, but I was very disappointed with them they are super slow and don’t charge at all in car use. Never from this people again. And would like to tell them that the money you make by scamming people you will be burn with it in the day judgment.

Don’t waste your time or your money with this mob! I ordered gloves on the 1st of December and they have still not arrived. They were a Xmas present. Shipping stated between 7 and 12 days! I reached out to them asking them where is my order to which I was told to be patient and wait. I asked for a tracking no which I finally got. Was able to check on the status and they had just sent it. And now when I go to get an update I get a message saying NOT FOUND! So what they give you a tracking no and then they make it mysteriously disappear. And good luck trying to get a refund! I knew I shouldn’t have trusted this. They came up on my FB feed so of course it’s legit! Not! Don’t fall for it like me and other people have. Scammers! I hope you sleep well at night!

I ordered the gloves on November 11th, 2024 and it is December 19th, 2024 and I still haven't received them. When I reach out I continue to get the same generic message. I will NEVER order from them again.

Worst experience of my life, I order an item almost 20 days ago. It said it was coming from Ireland, and now is coming from China.... Return policy says "if you purchased over 30 days ago, a return and refund cannot be done". What I'm left with? I'm asking to them to refund my money, and they keep sending an email with my parcel status. I want my money back!!!! What a lack of serious business practice. Do yourself a favor and check the reviews prior to placing an order.
