I wish I could give these scammers a zero!!! I ordered the flashlight gloves on November 1st as a Christmas gift. Here it is February 7th and I still haven't received them AND they refuse to refund me!!! They also charged me more than the price of the item at first and I had to dispute that as well and they did refund the difference because I had receipt to prove they overcharged me. Now I have never received the item and they won't refund me. Reported them to the credit card company. My receipt says it would arrive in 12-20 days. It has been over 90 days....still not here. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

On their advertisement that I purchased from it said shipped within the United States that means it’s here in the US not in another country so they lied there in their ad. My purchase was for $44 and some change and they bill me $56 so then after lying to me, they tried to steal from me. I immediately went online to their website on their contact us button and told them to cancel the order they ship it anyway and want to refund me the money that they stole. I do not want the product and I’ve explained that to them. I do not deal with companies that lie to me and I do not deal with companies that are out of this country shipping takes too long when I can go buy it here in the US. They are still refusing to refund the rest of money and they expect me to pay shipping to send it back to Germany where is that fair to the consumer? Don’t deal with them their crooks

I ordered the gloves at the end of November and didn't receive them till mid January..they were suppose to be a Christmas gift and once they DID come in 1had the light broken... the tracking was confusing and ridiculous and the gloves totally not worth it... I didnt want a new glove and they never replied back when I wanted my small amount back for it..super ridiculous!!

My order is in Slovenia. Tracker says it was shipped from the US to Slovenia. I’m in Colorado. This is a scam.

If zero was an option …. I ordered at the beginning of December, I paid for the insurance and the shipping. I contacted the customer service and got 3 automatic messages back and forth. They don’t want to refund me. So I guess I lost 40$ !

If I could give a 0 I would! Don’t buy anything from them! You will never receive nor get your money back!

They are a scam. Only sent part of order and then say will give refund. Refund received was $8 and I paid over $60 and now saying return item received at my own cost but nothing about rest of money

Ordered gloves in NOV. Delivered end of Jan. Odd tracking updates with constant 'Delivery date unknown.' looked really shady but did deliver.
