Total Scam. Absolutely worst experience ever. They put a low price on google flight and then call you saying price has increased and charge higher.

their plans for Travel assist services were worded in vague ways so that got me suspicious and I came to read reviews and even though I almost checked out to book a flight I am going to catch myself and go another route. Please do read the little i in the circle for further explanation of no fees for change of flights.

Plese stay away. This has be some kind of a scam .. Even if its not , its not worth the pain of saving a 100 bucks. I waited for hours for a ticket confirmation but never heard back. they chrge you a cancellation fee of 50$ and i believe thats their business model.

Very curteous & efficient & polite staff.....would have liked notification from eBookTrip given that the Airline refused my reservation; when would I have be notified had I not called ?

I got a quote for a ticket it gave a price of 1430$ from three different companies , so I decided to book through ebooktrip and they send confirmation email, then next day I got an email to contact them urgently to tell me that my booking didnt go through because the prices went up to 1700$ which I refused to take that price and went back and reserved my ticket through different company for the 1430$ price, they show you a good price to hook you up and next day try to take advantage and give you a higher price . Don't trust them they waste your time and try to rub you!!!

I'm making my decision not to go ahead with eBook Trip because of alot of negative reviews, Even though I wanted to book my trip with you, your website has been buffering for more than 5 minutes and unable to take me to the payment page. For me that was a red flag as I don't want your team to tell me that my payment did not go through and the fare has increased. I have gone to book my trip with a different website even though I'm going to pay a little bit more

I think the gentleman’s name was Javier. I can’t remember his name but he was extremely helpful. He was understanding, empathetic and understood the importance of why I needed a different flight ticket than the one I had initially booked. He explained the process clearly and didn’t mind repeating himself for needed clarification. I was able to get ahold of someone quickly every time I called and after talking with the gentleman, I was able to get a better flight time and the price was very reasonable.
