eBagsReviews of ebags.com

I have ordered several bags and accessories from this company. They are awesome! The service and products have exceeded my expectations. Everything has come in a very timely manner, exactly when they said it would. All of their products have been outstanging quality. This is the best value I have found in travel bags and accessories!

I've ordered from this site in the past. I chose to try them, again, because I've been having trouble sourcing backpack style purses and they have many. The site claims they have Free Shipping and Free Returns. I was lulled into thinking it had taken on the Zappos model. I ordered four bags to try. Kept one and returned three. Had to package them all separately and they all come from different places at different times. I just got the credit back for ONE of the three (what happened to the rest?). They DEDUCTED the return shipping. I don't think FREE Shipping and Returns means the same thing to them as it does to me. I won't use them again.

"Let me just start by saying: DON'T DO IT!!! after waiting a week they cancelled my order and sent me an email...ooopps sorry! we oversold the item. This is a "DROP-SHIP COMPANY!!" NO STORE, NO WHAREHOUSE NO INVENTORY!!! they just take orders only, they have no idea about inventory, shipping what is coming in or going out...Mr right Hand has no Idea of what Mr left hand is doing! They communicate with there suppler buy email only...if someone bothers to read them! They screwed up two orders of mine before I just gave up and I am still waiting for my money back. The are a power seller on EBay 12% of there feedback is neutral or negative, that is over 300 people to date! So to recap: DON'T DO IT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

There are several reviews on this site that are so incredibly off base it astounds me. I have purchased close to 30 orders with eBags and they have been incredible to work with. They are almost always on time and the few instances where they haven't been, they have offered a price adjustment concession and ensured the item is delivered to my door in a timely manner thereafter. At one point, someone in my neighborhood with sticky fingers must have taken the product off of my porch so I called eBags for a resolution and they refunded my money entirely, filed a claim with UPS and assisted me in repurchasing with expedited shipping...and they weren't even to blame for the loss. I'm constantly on the site and the promotions are great. They NEVER raise the prices and then offer the discounts, they are almost always the cheapest retailer, and their customer service is extremely helpful. Compared to other online retailers, they are very professional, helpful and nice. It appears the people who have previously rated them will never be satisfied which is unfortunate because they have been a pleasure to work with. There is a reason they have an A+ rating with the BBB. I recently found an article online that rated the Top 10 Customer Service's and they were ranked #3. and the exerpt about them: 3. eBags.com I'm not surprised this discount luggage e-store has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. The prices are the lowest in their class, the sales are constant and customer service is outstanding. Ebags has handled tens of thousands of our viewers' orders without a single complaint. They have an "Elite" rating with Stella Service (a company that grades customer service) and their phone representatives are phenomenal.

I ordered a bag and it was supposed to arrive in three business days. It has been a month and the bag hasn't arrived. They also refuse to give me my money back. They are the worst website I have ever ordered from online.

I was using an email offer of 20% off but it wasn't applying to the most expensive luggage in my order. I did the live chat and was given a different code and that worked for everything in my order. Saved $$$. Also have done a lot of online shopping for up coming travel and ebags was definitely the best experience in every way. Well designed web site especially for the non tech savvy with visuals along with text. Easy to navigate through unlimited options. Easiest returns with point, click and print postage paid return labels. You can't beat FREE RETURNS! I've ordered from them 3 times this month. No hassles, no regrets.

So I ordered a bag from e bags eleven days ago, since I didn't receive it yet I checked the UPS tracking number and guess what, they have not even received the item yet. I called e bags and canceled the order, guess they didn't see the need in emailing me about this. After I canceled the order they don't give you or send you an email confirming this. WOW what a joke, they have the ability to order and take your money on line but not even email you anything after you cancel due to their in ability to send out the merchandise. Do NOT order from them, read the reviews like I should have.

I ordered a 22" carry on bag from ebags. Upon receiving the bag, I did not notice that it had no telescoping handle as described. It wasn't until I was outside of the 60 day return, that I used the bag. Have you ever used a bag with wheels and no telescoping handle? It's impossible! Ebags would not even exchange it for the correct product!
