We sincerely appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear your order arrived quickly. We're sorry to learn, however, that the kinky curly hair did not meet your maintenance expectations and proved difficult to style long-term. We understand how frustrating it can be when a texture doesn’t hold as desired, even after using products. Your experience is valuable to us, and we’d like to help. If you’d like to explore other textures that may be easier to maintain—such as deep wave or a tighter curl pattern—please feel free to reach out. We’re here to assist and make sure you find the perfect match for your styling routine. Thank you for giving our hair a try, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
