Hello friend, I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I have checked that I replied to your email on July 19, and I gave you the screenshot of the order and circled the color you selected was all #30, and I did not buy color #27. At the same time, I also proposed that we could exchange the goods for free and replace color #30 with color #27 for you, but you did not reply to me. Ensuring customer satisfaction is our constant goal and we will continue to strive to provide you with high-quality products and a wide range of choices. Eayon Hair wishes you all the best.

Hello friend, I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused. I remember our conversation and I explained everything to you. The specific quantity and weight are clearly mentioned in our product options, and I even circled it on your order. Since it was your first time shopping, I made sure to explain it clearly and mentioned that our factory sent you an extra bundle for free. I’m feeling quite sad because I don’t understand why you still left a bad review.

Dear Donette, we stick to 100% human hair, thank you for taking the time to leave a message. We generally do not recommend customers to dye their own hair, you can tell us the color you need, and we help you dye it. We regret that we did not meet your expectations and we will always strive to provide better products and better customer service to all our customers. We will also give feedback to the relevant departments for improvement. Ensuring customer satisfaction is our constant goal and we will continue to strive to provide you with high-quality products and a wide range of choices. Eayon Hair wishes you all the best.
