Ordered 4 days ago. No update on when my order will be shipped. I emailed them and didn’t receive a response. I will dispute this charge due to the horrible customer service. ***************UPDATE********* I did receive a response. Change my score. It’s only fair. Thank you for expediting my order!

I thought that I was buying hair I do…
I thought that I was buying hair I do my entire head in box braids. I did not buy the hair for boho braids it said I would nee 3 packs of the 100grams to braid. It does not look like enough hair.

Buyer beware!!!!
Buyer beware!!!!! Synthetic hair is less scratchy and feels more soft than this overpriced crap! I let my stylist talk me into buying this hot mess, and after she finished, I immediately regretted it. It’s super frizzy, AND No matter how much product I put on it, it’s still terrible. And to top it off, this company shorted me hair. I tried resolving it, letting them know they shorted me, they ignored me. Buyer beware! UPDATE: I did reply to you letting you know EXACTLY what I was missing. I received no response.
