I didn’t receive the right color
I didn’t receive the right color. I I ordered a mix of D4/ 30 and I only received hair that is the color 30.

I am unhappy with the quality of the…
I am unhappy with the quality of the hair I received. The loop was too small for the ends of the hair to go through. It would get stuck and tangled. There is a blunt frayed end on the hair leading in to the curly ends causing the issue. I opened one pack and attempted to use it and was unsuccessful.
