The loop holes are way too small
The loop holes are way too small. You should also include at least 30 locs per bag for the price. The hair is very soft, but has a smell.

The hair was delivered quickly! The color blends nicely with my natural hair color. The curls are easy to maintain with only water . I’m excited about this purchase . The weight of the braids are so light , it feels like nothing is in my hair!

DO NOT BUT THIS HAIR
Let me be blunt: whoever is posting glowing reviews about this hair is either lying or has no idea what quality is. I received my order last week, and it was a complete disaster. The hair was so shiny it looked plastic, and to top it off, there were random red strings mixed in. This is NOT the texture you advertised—what a joke! I've tried reaching out to your pathetic excuse for customer service to get a return label, but I've only gotten one response asking for pictures. I sent them, and now? Crickets. I've emailed three times and gotten absolutely nothing back. This is beyond frustrating, and I’m done wasting my time. You can bet I’m filing a dispute with my bank. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will regret it

The quality of hair was not what I…
The quality of hair was not what I expected. It felt dry and smelled processed. Once wet, the hair does not revert back to a natural loose wave. There was some kind of greasy film on the hair that made it look crunchy.

I checked your texture is loose Wave, And for body wave, loose wave these large curl pattern, the curl will remove after washing or with time pass, customer can re-curl it. I love this hair!
I got the hair really quickly! And is the best hair I've used for boho braids. It doesn't tangle as long as you brush through it ever other day. I love it. Will be purchasing again soon.
