If I could give zero stars I would. They repeatedly delivered meals that were not ordered and that contain ingredients noted as problematic for us. Their customer service “escalates” concerns but does not contact customers nor is there any true resolution. When they told us they “credited” our account they never applied the credit to our orders and continued to charge the card on file the entire amount. I would definitely recommend finding another meal service if you are relying on this for your family’s meals.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE EatClean delivered 20 boxes of spoiled food to the wrong address and have refused to send me the refund for the last 7 months.

Horrible customer service. Hard to reach won’t return calls. It’s difficult to get a refund on a missing meal when they short you. They will short you on your mails that you’re supposed to receive. It is an ongoing issue.My last call took 30 minutes. I never received my refund. I finally just told them to cancel my subscription.

Terrible company and terrible customer service. JUDE, the manager, never returns any phone calls. Honestly, I'm not sure how they are still in business. You might get meals delivered one week but the next 3 weeks somehow your meals are lost in transit. They're so unreliable. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

My son likes the meals but there was an issue and I called 2x asking for a supervisor to call me back. Its been almost 3 weeks and I'm still waiting. The customer service is horrible!

Been ordering from this company for around 3 years and, during that time, they’ve progressively gotten worse and worse. Half the meals are pretty good while the other half are awful. Shipping is hit and miss. They use regular ice packs instead of dry ice so the ice is always melted on arrival, cardboard sleeves on the meals are soggy, and some meals thawed. If you don’t choose your own meals by Tuesday of each week then they’ll just send whatever they want rather than just sending the same thing you had previously ordered (because that would make too much sense). Lastly, their customer service is hard to reach by phone and, when they do answer, they don’t have a single rep that speaks clear English. They don’t respond to emails at all. Because of all this I decided to discontinue my service.

Some of the food is tasty, some of it is unappetizing. My order showed up warm, gel ice packs leaking gel and not really cold. I wasn't sure if the food would be safe to eat. I tried calling customer service and was hung up on 4 times after waiting. I finally reached a woman and asked for my order to be resent. She said she would escalate my request to the kitchen team and that she would personally call me back same day - she never called back. Will not be reordering with them - pricing was good though. I'm giving 3 stars because some of the meals were good so far but the experience overall was not good.

The meals themselves are hit-or-miss. Some are really good, others are inedible... but that's a matter of taste, right? What ISN'T subjective are the following: - they have a ridiculously short window to get your weekly order in, something like 3-5 days, or else you get THEIR default meal selection - they can't deliver on-time; I regularly get delay notices - at least 1 week a month, sometimes more, they just don't ship ordered meals and either omit them entirely or replace them with something random... with NO notice and NO refund... forcing you to have to CALL to get a refund - they arbitrarily switch your delivery day, this last time they switched my weekly delivery to Sundays (and then say when you call that they can't change the delivery day) - the customer-facing app and web sites are a train wreck, you literally CANNOT see your previous order content detail (only the order total)... which makes it a big problem for you to figure out exactly what went wrong and how much refund to expect - they push HEAVILY to credit you when you ask for a refund
