Amazing customer service! Responded promptly to email asking for help adjusting my order. Had actually already noticed I had ordered items that didn't match in size and were about to reach out to ask me which size I really wanted. Fixed the order. Prompt delivery, beautiful products.

I was so impressed with this company’s customer service. After a week and no word regarding my delivery, I texted Little Tot and I had a response the next day. I responded to the text with another question and it was answered the same day. I gave them 4 stars only because my package hasn’t been delivered yet but it is in its way. I would not hesitate to order from them again or refer this company. I liked corresponding with a real person and not AI.

Awesome company! The pastel and sunset wooden rainbow we bought from them are beautiful and my baby just loves playing with it! Awesome customer service as well! They reply fast and make sure they go above and beyond. Will def buy again!

I found a pink bulldog lovey at a children’s shop in Winter Park, Florida, and bought it. Our son and daughter-in-law have a bulldog and I bought it for their baby (we did not know the gender at the time). It is the cutest, softest lovey. They had a boy and the pink lovey was his favorite! I have purchased several of the same and found them at Easy Tot. They have the best prices and they ship quickly. Easy Tot has curated, well made clothes and toys. We have also purchased jammies, books, and educational toys. A great shop with beautiful things. And their loves are still my favorite things!

If there were more stars I’d give it! This is a small business that goes above and beyond! I placed an order late Saturday night and the estimated arrival date on the site stated April 28 but it was a gift for April 24. I texted and emailed the link on the site not expecting to hear from anyone until Monday. I received a response immediately via text and email (not a bot, a real person…Emma!) assuring me it will arrive by April 22 and not to worry and it arrived first thing on the 22nd. Emma and Francesca, thank you! I’ve saved your site for all my baby gift needs. Please support small businesses every chance you get…especially the ones that go above and beyond!
