We got a matrix children’s leather jacket for my son for Halloween. It is in amazing condition made so well. He loves it. It was easy to find on the website and came within a week. Very happy thus far with this company.

I sent an email to the company as well, but I ordered my daughter a halloween dress and I received it and the dress itself was fine (cheap but fine), but the bag was old, ripped and gross. The old price tag was still on there which was $21 and I paid $28 plus $10 shipping for the product. This company claims to "solve the problem" - From the Founder: " I knew firsthand: how hard it is to find high-quality, well-designed, and truly thoughtful items for babies and kids — without spending hours jumping from site to site. I built EasyTot to bring the best of everything together in one place, with brands I trust and products I love." On their website they claim to support smaller businesses and mom-led businesses, but this costume definitely came from a generic halloween store. The order received promptly but I would've spent more on etsy or the actual halloween dress on a new item that wasn't old looking or in poor packaging.

The customer service is excellent. They are helpful in navigating any order issues, returns, credits etc and are so quick to respond. It's refreshing!

I sent my return item back on September 5th and received no notification that it had reached Bailey Blossoms or when I was to receive my store credit. I had to take it upon myself to email them on September 12th or I don’t think I would have heard anything and include my tracking number before I received a response.

Genuinely great customer service and helpful with troubleshooting any problem

Unresponsive and impossible to get a hold of. Inaccurate lead times listed on website. After waiting weeks for an item that was listed as ‘in stock’ on their website, I received an automated email saying I would be refunded. After numerous attempts to get clarification on why the order was cancelled, I have yet to get a hold of anyone from this company. I’d recommend purchasing from any other store if given the option.

I was disappointed with my order and customer service (Wendy Anne product) on two levels got involved and were more than helpful! They went above and beyond the required return policy and refunded me immediately! I will definitely be a frequent customer due to their amazing customer service!
