We are a company that works with crowdfunding and we trusted Easyship after trying different logistics solutions over the last 5 years. The first experience with them was extremely positive: excellent support with 1:1 calls, error rate on shipments of less than 0.5%. The dashboard of the portal is very intuitive and shows all the necessary information, including real-time rates for shipments which is a great thing. Excellent logistic support affiliated to Easyship: U-freight. They are very knowledgeable and quick. A last note of merit also to the rates, no hidden costs and acceptable shipping costs. In total, I currently give 5 stars after comparing them with 5 other previous logistics services.

Fast technical responding team to solve problem & smooth communication

Easyship has great support. I mucked up several times on my first shipment and Easyship were happy to help at every instance and quickly too. The web platform is intuitive and easy to use. And the rates were the best. I am really impressed and will be doing all my shipping via Easyship now.
