Good service

Easyship provides affordable shipping solutions to everyone - big and small businesses alike. It’s an all-in-one service - the missing link in the shipping industry and a win-win solution for all parties globally. I give it 4 stars because the service still has rooms for improvements. I’d like to see the service available for pickup in China shipping out internationally. This is the big hub that should not be ignored. Shipping out from HK is strangely still very expensive.

Good Services but DHL eCommerce is no longer available.

Had an issue with my account. As soon as I got back from the Customer service, everything was resolved fast. It was my error. It was a typo in my email. Happens unfortunately. Ryan was great and fixed everything for me. Thanks Ryan.

We are currently working with Easyship and they have been very helpful fulfilling our orders. Given that the whole world is in lock down and business is affected, Easyship have been brilliant and have worked tirelessly to provide us with just as much engagement as their other customers. Excellent Company

The platform is very user-friendly, very clear. You get a quarter review with a dedicated account manager- which is very helpful. Disadvantages: Their specialty is B2C only. For B2B shipments, their shipping costs are EXTREMELY high ( In an illogical way). Other than that, highly recommended.

We appreciate his effort to resolve the issues, offer solutions and inform us of the steps they’ll be taking with the shipping partner. Thank you! ————— Our feelings towards Easyship is of love and hate. We really like the one stop service, and customer service responds rather promptly. But it stops there. If anything happens to your shipment, there is no protection or any form of recourse as the responsibility is shifted to their shipping partners, who most likely will not do anything for the shipper when a problem arises. And Easyship as the middle person does not protect its own customers. nor does it provide any solution, when it should, if their partners shirk their responsibilities. In short, it is all good when nothing happens to your shipment, but if it is an important shipment, please use another service instead of Easyship as you wouldn't want to risk a damage or missing item with no form of protection or compensation. There is really no point for customer service to respond promptly but without solving anything.
