I love your platform and how it works. Yet, when it doesn't, waiting time can cost money, especially if I can't print a label and this last time was just that. I would love a forum for connecting to other users if you can't get back to me quickly enough to solve a problem. I am a different kind of user because I carry a huge variety of one of a kind goods and sometimes they are too big for your service. But wow, what you offer is still unique and useful for sure!

The customer support is brilliant, they reply quickly and are willing to help. However, they seem a bit limited when it comes to gather information from the couriers. The state that it's due to the Basic Tracking services that they cannot get info regarding a parcel, but I believe there can be done more investigation when it comes to parcels stuck in the distribution centers for example. So I'd suggest to be more persistent in the collaboration with the transporters - previous experiences shows that it helps, after Tracie managed to find a long lost parcel in DHL's warehouse. Kudos for that, Tracie! Otherwise, they usually reply in a timely manner and are willing to help. Overall, I recommend working with Easyship.

Overall, Easyship has really helped streamline my online business so there are no major complaints and I can readily recommend this to anyone looking for some logistics help. Having said that, there are some minor issues that I wished were fixed/improved, for example: 1) there's no API integration with Shopify regarding shipping rules (e.g. free shipping over $100) so that if you use coupon codes for discounts instead of manually altering the prices within Shopify to reflect the discounted price, Easyship will still only use the full price as the basis to apply the free shipping rule...so for example, offering 20% off a $100 item SHOULD trigger the rule NOT to offer free shipping, but if you offer the 20% via a coupon code, what Easyship will see is $100 (not the $80 sale price actually paid) so I'm still offering free shipping 2) sometimes couriers like DHL and UPS will randomly mark up the weight of the package to exorbitant levels, depending on the whims of the person picking it up...and Easyship hasn't been able to get these couriers to improve this and of course, I've lost every dispute I've lodged. For instance, my heaviest item is 320 grams...but I've been charged for 1.0kg quite a few times, and once, even 1.432kg. It's a bit unfair, ridiculous and costly. There are other little gripes like this that I have that could definitely be improved upon so that I'm not wasting money because the systems in place aren't fully optimized, but overall, this service has helped me a lot more than it has hurt me. As a small business owner, it's great that they have partner warehouses in place that help with storing inventory, picking, packing and shipping the goods so that I don't have to do any of this myself. This, plus the Shopify App that plugs into your store offering 3 shipping options with live price updating, are the two things that made me give them a try and it's been mostly very good so far.

Quality service, fair local prices and great customer support. Would love fairer international pricing since I have to resort to other mailing services for those but its a very decent service domestically.

Easyship works really well and offers plenty of shipping options for your business. My only issue with the platform has been the inconsistency in Customer Service response times. Sometimes it is remarkably fast and helpful; others it takes a long time to receive responses and they are incomplete. Overall, I do like the platform and how it communicates with our store to process our shipments.

Works great but does not allow me to enter my HS number when doing international shipments. Need to use the list of generic products/codes provided. In some cases this has led to duty being charged on the product even though the product should be duty free
