I have been using Easyship platform to search for cheaper means to deliver small package overseas. It is easy to use and the price quoted by the courier is also attractive. The customer service officer is also very helpful in reaching back to me to get alternate delivery information when they face difficulties in delivering the package to my receiver. The customer service is excellent and shipping prices are very competent. I have been regularly shipping with them for some time and am happy with the overall experience. Can’t say the same about Aramex courier though. I shipped with Aramex to USA in Dec 2019 and the shipment arrived a full 10 days late in Jan 2020. The shipment parcel was beat and dented inspite of fragile stickers. There was no regular tracking provided on the Aramex tracking website which was frustrating and I had some anxious moments thinking my parcel was lost!
