Had an issue with a very large shipment once expecting to lose all that money, Easyship refunded me so that worked out fantastically. Much faster and easier to navigate and ship things than through usps directly and especially for international shipments. Shipped over 40 things so far, not a single issue!

Response within 24 hours. Although it's not accurately answer but the customer service is able to point out the address is a PO Box & that's why the courier I want to choose is not available. That hinted to me the customer enter the address incorrectly so that the system misinterpret it as a PO Box address. Once I manually fixed it, then it all worked out. Thank you for the help!
