I mailed a large personal package to the Philippines and it got there safe, secure, and ahead of schedule. I really liked my experience. The layout of the site is super easy to navigate and understand. Easyship helps you to find the best rates, fastest delivery, and the most trackable. For extra protection, they even offer you insurance for packages when the carriers don’t offer it. I was able to list my package dimensions, weight, and items, estimate shipping costs, compare carriers, print the automated shipping label, and schedule a shipment through a carrier of my choice all from their site. All I had to do was drop off my package. I could have had it picked up but I chose to drop off instead.

In general, all is very good and you guys are also very super responsive! But just a little thing would be, annoying questions about the satisfactory, when the case is not yet solved, or neither has any operator responded yet. But I do understand automation and so, but you are able to adjust it accordingly.

so far so good. been using only singpost speedpost. the price and delivery time is two thumbs up. since day one till now, no customer complain of missing parcel. another thumbs up for this, hope it stays that way. I tried only once ninja van, dun like it at all. expensive and slow and I read a lot of the reviews online, not very good. therefore I remove it out from my online platform so my customers will not select ninjavan as choice option.
