Horrible experience. Shipping two large & heavy packages to the UK from USA for Xmas. One arrived fine. However, the other package had to go via a consolidation center in CA. It apparently never left there. I provided the FedEx # given to me by Easyship to FedEx to try and track it/find it and they say it is an invalid#. Easyship can provide ZERO proof the package was every picked up from CA or that they paid FedEx or the customs duty that I had pre-paid them for….which seems like theft to me. Has been >8 weeks now. I have tried emailing, messages on FB - nothing but canned responses providing the same apparently invalid FedEx #. I filed an insurance claim as soon as permitted (30 days after last tracking activity showed the item arriving in CA) and that was over 2 weeks ago, but still no follow up or payment. All in all I am out ~$200 for the shipping and the customs duties that I pre-paid (so that my family wouldn’t get stuck with them), plus the ~$120 worth of gifts and snacks mailed. Miserable customer service. Unable to reach an actual human unless I pay more for their premium service……no thanks, you already got me for ~$320!!

Two days. Responded nothing. Pay for chatting with them? Yeah ok. No number reachable from Canada. Sold me a Canada Post box and a label and the shipping rate. Canada Post can't even use them. How am I to get my refund if these lazy slob charitable donation takers take their donations but don't even talk to you!? I'm getting sick of companies and individuals like this. $40 out the window. Edit; these people will never talk of boxes. Like. Sorry I sound so rough around the edges sometimes but charging for chat. And. You can see it took them months to reply to me on here. Just. Run away. Nobody said you were a courier. That wasn't even my concern. You sold me a box. For $25. Told me to put my thing in it. And bring that and your "too much American stuff on it, for us;" "Canada Post" labels. Or anythings. There was no misunderstanding. Maybe from your sub par invoices. You asked me my views on your service. I put a frowny face with an auto suggestion problem remained unsolved. Y'all is used to that I guess. Got same replies as here, there. That I've been refunded. And guess what, people? Of course there has been!? Less than zero. Refund. "You misunderstood" is convenient. But. Your time tables are too and my bank's chargeback proceeding against you is not; for me. But. That's come to be expected from stress ship. I even told you to re-read your very, subpar invoice for BOX CHARGE. And. Months later on here you tell me same thing refusing acknowledge you sold useless defective everythings and told me to put my product in them but like though you was "a courier, yourselves". I'm not a potato. And did you put my "refund" back on my Stress Ship account? What good does that do me? Are you a bank? Can I withdraw it to where it needed go but never did AND WHICH IS MY BANK ACCOUNT!? Good grief.

SCAM BUSINESS!!!!!!! Charged my credit card and never delivered. Had to dispute charge with American Express. Dispute is being processed.

The platform itself is useful, being able to compare and use different couriers for different shipments. However, the support side has been a big let down so far: 1. Setup pain - We wanted to use our own DHL Express account on this platform, which was an advertised function. However, it took 1 full month in the end (and me having to step in between Easyship and DHL multiple times to push) for the supposingly-trivial linkage to be set up. 2. Disregarding critical issue - We reported an issue with Electric Trade Documentation function that caused incorrect invoices and custom declarations to be made, when shipping internationally. This potentially has LEGAL consequence (which was made crystal clear to Easyship when reporting), yet the issue was not followed up for 2 months (and is still an open issue at the time of this review), despite repeated chasing. 3. Bugs within web GUI - shipment status information on the page is unreliable at best, with some shipments getting near time updates, while others are not updated for multiple days. When raising this with support, Easyship support would always blame some "3rd party" update. This indicates that there is no active platform availability monitoring by Easyship. 4. Inexperienced support team - while investigating Easyship's trade invoice functionality, we identified a discrepancy with Easyship's invoice template (triggers when a shipment results in more than 1 page of invoice) We tried explaining the issue to support team, but it is evident that the support team DOES NOT understand the fundamental purpose of an invoice, but is instead just focused on marking a support ticket as closed. Until support level improves, and that you only have very basic shipping needs, I would not advise others to use this. I sincerely hope that Easyship management takes note of this - this is a useful platform being squandered.

Absolutely horrible service. Errors in their platform left unattended for weeks, customers waiting on us, us waiting on Easyship. Nothing but excuses and empty promises. They made us look like complete fools in front of our customers. Tracking statuses don't correspond with tracking of the shipping company. Their reps have to be chased constantly or you don't hear anything at all. We ended up finding out where packages stuck in transit after reaching out to the shipping company ourselves, when they instantly told us to file claims without lifting a finger. Late and useless replies. Zero compensation for all the trouble they caused us, just a shrug of the shoulders. Still waiting on a reply from a rep who promised to escalate our issue, which is weeks ago. They need to get their act straight.

Do not sign a contract until you are 100% certain you are able to ship with them or that you have verified what they have said to be correct...that also includes any partner they recommend to work with also. YOU CAN NOT TAKE WHAT EASYSHIP SAY AS BEING CORRECT We Spent months discussing with EasyShip - they took the position of helping us to get our shipping solution & positioned the solution as EasyShip+UFL (their freight & warehouse partner) We had our FDA approval in place & at the last minute we were informed that we couldn't ship with UFL due to additional FDA documents required (EASYSHIP DON'T have good experience with FDA it appears...at least in our case!) In Aug/Sept 2022, We had ONLY JUST signed the contract (perhaps within 1-2 weeks or less) with Easyship - however we had to ship & so were forced to find an alternative solution that could handle our matters. Which we did. EasyShip have refused to cancel the contract despite not having done ANYTHING for us on the contract & that we'd been upfront from the start. Additionally, it was EasyShip that guided us to the solution that was not possible...after MONTHS of talking with them...last minute it was not possible... The team have been pleasant to deal with - HOWEVER...for only $200 per month ($2,400 per year) they have pushed us into a corner so we can not do anything with them and can not trust them & can not trust their processes or systems. They are following corporate bureaucratic policy because they want to achieve their annual numbers & we are a number on the board to them...rather than actually taking our case & assessing it on the merits that it is - they also know that in this case, we are not in the wrong & in reality, we should have been permitted to leave the contract (to then restart again in 2023) They want to BE right, rather than do what IS right Currently, this solution is a LOSE: LOSE solution. Both Them & us lose... we did want to work with EasyShip in 2023 (as we had done from the start)...but sadly that can no longer happen. I would very much like to discuss this with the Owner or MD of the company & will be reaching out to find out if I can get in touch with them. Sadly - This is a HUGE FAIL for a company that had a lot to gain & now gains nothing It is very frustrating that the CSM team came to this solution (Customer Success Team) - There is no success in this outcome for anyone Tom EDIT UPDATE: After seeing the response from EasyShip it confirms my points above. EasyShip are using this situation as a numbers stacking game & an opportunity to simply BE right & not follow what IS right. EasyShip positioned themselves as a partner in the supply chain & spent many calls supporting through this & also promoting 'THEIR SOLUTION' as a UFL + EASYSHIP solution for our needs... Their offer of 30% back payment is a weak attempt to remedy the situation. Easyship have taken a $2,400 annual contract instead of looking at this commercially. We have had 3x that in monthly shipping costs already. It's ashame that a company grows big & then doesn't have the tenacity to review customer cases on the merit of the individual case. EasyShip have not incurred any specific cost & i notified them of the situation well within 30 days of signing contract - it would have been very easy for them to review this case with a more positive eye, & then we could work together in 2023 & beyond... Sadly that can no longer be the case

Wrong drop off address and they then blame their shipping partner when it is their responsibility to make sure their integration is right. They didn't even notice until a month later and won't make it right by compensating us for the time lost.

Be warned - especially if you're in New Zealand. I launched my ecommerce site - tested everything and then I get my first order and Easyship doesn't work. Customer service has been useless - I was told I was in a queue four days ago and still no resolution and no ability to ship orders. I'm constantly promised updates I don't get.
