I like using EasyShip for accessing discounted UPS rates. My only qualm would be the speed of customer service response is rather slow, through email. I am sure it would be faster if I had access to chat support, but I am not yet ready to upgrade to a paid plan.

The Platform is very easy to operate and convenient but the shipping status needs to be updated real time, as the customers are always curious to know their shipment progress.

Sent a package (a sample) to a customer and six weeks later it still says "En Route." There is no way to track it or anyone to talk to. I am inclined to believe that this company just pockets your money and tosses the item away. Update: Revising my review to show that my package got there eventually (2 months). I don't think it's the fault of Easyship. My problem is that they are the host for all the different shippers and they should bear some responsibility for companies that advertise on their website that something will take 10 business days but end up taking two months. Do not ship anything DHL international to a third world country. Unless you're not in a hurry, and can wait two months. Stick with FedEx. They are pretty good with their dates and if it's late, they will update and let you know where your package is.

Easyship allows you to select a Courier based on our preferred rates, once the carrier is selected and the shipment is picked up, it is the responsibility of that Courier to deliver your shipment successfully. Unfortunately from time to time, something will go wrong, which is why we always advise our users to Insure their shipment so they do not lose out. However we will always work hard on our customers' behalves to ensure we get the best possible outcome from their chosen courier in the event of loss or damage. When we started ecommerce directly from our corporate website, Easyship made delivery simpler although we took a while to get comfortable with the system which is typical when new. What was instrumental was our Customer Service Manager Nikola and his predecessor Jose who guided us patiently to smoothen the operation.

This was my first time using Easyship and I was quite satisfied with the service. A day after my parcel was picked up, I decided to do a search and read some negative reviews online. You could have guessed that I was a bit apprehensive and worried that my parcel would not get to its destination in good condition. I tracked the delivery everyday. Midway, there was "silence" and it got me worried again. On the 4th day, I noted it had arrived in Hong Kong, and on the next day, my daughter confirmed receipt of the Chinese New Year goodies, just in time for the holidays.

The help was first class, though responses were a little slow to begin with. After a week of trying to reach someone we got all the help we needed.
