Easyship is extremely easy. Love it.

Everything has been seamless! The software is simple and easy to use.

We are using Easyship system for almost a year, and our overall experience is excellent. The system is easy to use while enabling to have several users, so we can produce the shipment from several locations. We also connect Easyship to several stores and marketplaces. Also worth mentioning - the good prices for shipments and the ability to connect to our own contract within DHL, etc. They also have great customer support, with fast answers via chat or mail, and also appointed us a very professional customer success manager, who helps us with complex questions or issues. One of the big advantages is the reports, which help us to get fast and accurate status reports, in order to oversee problems in the logistic chain.

We have been partnering up with Easyship for the past 7 months now. From a retailer's point of view, having to work Easyship is pretty much as easy as it gets. Their UX is light and quick and their shop integration API works flawlessly even if you are not developing a Shopify web. I want to give a big shout out especially to their customer quality team which makes sure you're always backed up in case of an emergency. Big applause to the team for maintaining high standards on their services and delivery.

Easyship is a great alternative for mailing packages. Their rates are generally 1/3 less than if you go to Usps, fedex or ups. You will need an accurate scale to weigh your package, a measuring tape to know the size, a computer and printer for your label and tape yo apply the label. Their website is easy to use. If you ship things on a regular basis I encourage you to use their site to save you money and time. You can even schedule a pickup time from your home.

Easyship made it so convenient to ship a very large and heavy package to Canada. Their system is easy to use with clear instructions and guidelines. Their customer services was excellent in assisting me in rearranging the pick up day and I was regularly kept informed with tracking updates. They took all of the hassle out of finding a transport company myself. Great services that I'd highly recommend.
