I had my Skype # ported to the EasyRinger service plan, and everything went smoothly as planned ahead of schedule. I received courteous, prompt service to my matter.

Customer service is not responding even after the reply posted here. Previously I wrote that have been waiting three days for a reply from Live Support. That is now over a week. I always used their website to communicate. I was charged for incoming calls made to my Spanish cell phone whereas their website makes no mention of having to pay for incoming calls let alone incoming calls to my mobile number from a US number. I show a charge of $8.41 for that call but at their published rate of $.051 per minute the charge would have been $2.04. The reply here suggested a refund. I have yet to see that. I see no reason to continue using this company.

Thank you for this valuable feedback! We looked into this very closely to share with you this info: 1) When you look under the FAQ's "How much does it cost?", you'll see that it mentions that you are charged per call. 2) As for support not responding for three days, that is not like our team and I'm sorry that that happened to you. The support team has seen your feedback and will look into it. One suggestion is to make sure you are using the chat feature on the EasyRinger website and not something like Facebook - we are slower to respond there. 3) The most interesting one is what you said about the price. We found what you were talking about and came to the same conclusion as you until we saw the correct rate - $0.2178. $0.051 is the rate from anywhere within the EU. Outside of the EU, the mobile providers ALL charge higher rates. This is exclusive to EU countries. We'd be happy to refund you the difference from the displayed rate (and we'll get the second rate displayed as well). Please try support again!

EasyRinger is extremely user friendly and customer service is awesome. The features are exactly what I need to maintain a U.S. number while living in a foreign country. It was easy to sign up and get started right away.

Have been with them for 10 years or so (definitely 5+, might be as long as 10) . Very good service and easy to use Very reasonably priced I love that they now let you search for numbers by pattern matching. I love getting numbers with 8s in them and it's a pleasure to find ones with 5 or 6 8s in the country of your choice

Even though I cut short my affiliation with EasyRinger, I was left very happy with their customer service. They were prompt and very willing to assist.
