EasyncReviews of easync.io

Easync Causes eBay Suspension The way it causes suspension on the account is due to Extremely bad service for payment method, It always declining our cards without any reasons, I was trying multiple cards to pay easync on time, but every month, I had to wait for few weeks to resolve that, so in that time, the eBay account get ruined, due to not being able to process orders, not being able to upload trackings, eBay hold the funds and put mc011 or other restrictions, that causes suspension on eBay, In my last review they replied that eBay independently put mc011 or suspension but it cause due to this Extremely serious payment issue and other customer support related issue, my easync account kept hostage my eBay account without resolving the issues over and over again, and not being able to take care of things properly, that's ruined lot of eBay accounts

**Very disappointing experience with EasySync** EasySync suddenly disabled my access without any prior notice. I had active listings and important files that I needed to manage and download. A simple warning beforehand would have given me enough time to remove my listings and save my data. I contacted support to request temporary access, but the situation has been extremely frustrating. The lack of communication and consideration for existing users is very disappointing. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before relying on this service for your business operations.

The only pro to this company is the ability to scale fast at a price cheaper than the competitors. I tried a few different drop shipping automation platforms and this one is the worst. Here are the cons I experienced: 1. They don’t track your true profits. They only track profits based on the fees from the suppliers. They don’t account for eBay fees. So the profits you see on your easync dashboard and inflated and aren’t your real profits. 2. The tracking sucks so bad. They don’t update tracking on time and I’ve gotten so many overdue shipments all because they can’t update tracking numbers for you on time. Most of my customers also can’t even track their order when provided the tracking number because Aquiline track numbers don’t work half the time. 3. They take forever to send you return labels when using FBE. Except them to get back to you in 2-3 days to send a simple tracking number. 4. They can’t even fulfill orders over $30. This is what made me switch to a different platform. That is just ridiculous to me that you can’t fulfill orders over $30. I had to start manually fulfilling my orders and that slowed down operations a lot. If you want to run a legitimate drop shipping business then I would stay away from Easync. They can’t even handle business.

All of the negative reviews on trustpilot about Easync are so accurate. This company constantly lies to you about shipping and tracking updates when theyre not being sent for over 11-12 days or longer sometimes. Sometimes they take multiple days to even get back to you with a short chat msg that doesnt even resolve your issue. I hate this company because they took my near perfect rating to below standard in less than a month. Once your $1 trial is over, customer service becomes pretty much non existent. I'm doing a chargeback for all of my payments screw Easync! Going back to AutoDS or manual fulfillment!

Customer service is terrible. Supposed to get schedule a call to learn how this all works, 1st 7days trial went by no one was able to schedule a call, during that time still had questions that all couldn't get answered. Now on the 2nd 7day trial which is expiring soon, would be great to get some help from the tech team that seems to be too busy. Something must be wrong with either the system that too many people are needing that much help to not get any response back, or not enough staffing to help the needs of their customers. Poor management.

I have used many automation and repricing tools before, but this is by far the worst software I have ever used. The system cannot update product prices reliably. It also fails to track inventory correctly. When you make an update, it only affects part of your inventory while the rest remains unchanged. Even if you try to fix it manually, the problem continues. Because of these issues, managing inventory becomes extremely difficult and risky for a business. The worst part is the customer support. The response time is extremely slow. Even the smallest request takes at least 24 hours to receive a reply. Instead of solving the problem, the support team often gives very generic answers that do not address the issue. Overall, this software has serious reliability problems and very poor support.

Customer service has wasted my time countless times, and I've wasted time many times trying to get a discount. My store was deactivated; it was an automatic process, but when I didn't get a response for 6 days, it became a problem. Why are you making it so difficult for us to get a discount? What is your purpose? We can't talk to the managers. Managers, where are you? Why aren't you paying attention? Thanks to me, at least 5-6 people are using Easy. I've been using Easy for 8 months now, and they've been really annoying me lately. They take too long to help. What's your problem? Fix the injustice done to me immediately, or I'll change every review I've made about you.

They Started Scamming people now with additional hidden fees I hope I was able to add screenshots here. It's over a week now, products did not uploaded, they have hidden fees, they charge over 40% higher fee in the name of paddle and stripe taxes, it's their new scam. In first place their Stripe will decline the card, and after that you have to wait for over a week to update that to paddle, and it will charge 40% fee Don't fall into that scam
