Web Ecommerce ProsReviews of webecommercepros.com

I am so grateful that a colleague introduced me to Arfat of Web Ecommerce Pros! After spending lots of time and lots of money, the 2 different web designers I had hired said they could not complete my website. I was devastated and ready to give up! Then I was introduced to Arfat and his team at Web Ecommerce Pros. Arfat took the website by storm! He had the BEST pricing and he was so quick. Arfat and his team at Web Ecommerce Pros really listened to all of my requests and made me feel like a priority! I actually asked him if they sleep!! They work so hard, so fast and their pricing is the best! My website looks amazing! So professional. I highly recommend Web Ecommerce Pros to build your website! We had an excellent experience working with Web Commerce Pros on the migration of our shopping cart from Volusion to Shopify. The transition was smooth and well-managed from start to finish. Their team was highly responsive, attentive to detail, and consistently available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the process. They not only handled the technical migration efficiently, but also did an outstanding job redesigning our website to match our specific vision and requirements. We are very pleased with the final result and would confidently recommend Web Commerce Pros to any company looking for a professional, reliable partner for e-commerce development and platform migration.

We worked with Web Ecommerce Pros on a multi-month migration from Volusion to Shopify Plus for our retail website. The project involved complex product structures, digital downloads, discount logic, integrations, and a tightly coordinated launch. As with any migration of this size, requirements evolved as we moved from planning into execution. Roy and his team stayed engaged, responsive, and solutions-oriented throughout the process. When issues surfaced, they worked through them methodically and kept the project moving forward. The technical execution was solid, the launch was successful, and the site is performing well post-go-live. Web Ecommerce Pros is a strong partner for organizations that understand their requirements, stay involved, and want a team that can handle real-world complexity rather than a cookie-cutter implementation.

When I started my e-commerce company in the early 2000s, I had to set up the website by myself. It was a very frustrating experience for someone who knew nothing about website design and code, it was a very steep and painful learning curve. Several years later, I transitioned to Volusion, which had an awesome support team at the time, and I also hired a really good graphic artist to help me with a Volusion refresh some time after that; but overall, it's been me by myself trying to manage website design and troubleshooting. Because Volusion support went downhill over the past 2-3 years, I recently decided it was finally time to leave Volusion, and I hired WEP to migrate my store to Shopify. I am so relieved that I have finally crossed paths with an honest, responsible, and competent group of professionals whom I feel I can turn to anytime I need website help. I try to do as much as I can on my own, which is not a bad thing, but there are times when I get stuck or I just don't have the time to deal with it; so, I'm glad I now have a trusted company I can turn to as a partner. If I need any future website support, I'll be sure to reach out to Roy at WEP.

I had Volusion for 15 years as my host and it was never a very good experience. i have wanted to move to another provider and i finally did that using Ecommerce pros. It was a great experience. They delivered as promised. They even did some things that i wanted done that weren't really in the quote and they didn't charge for that. Definitely would use them again!!

I had a very positive experience working with Roy and his team at Web Ecommerce Pros. Roy offered superb communication and was a great problem solver when encountering all the twists and turns that arise when doing a large site migration. I love the new site design, improved functionality, and am very proud of the end result. I would work with them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I continue to enjoy working with this company. They created the most beautiful website ever! They are proactive and helped get my product off the ground quickly. Their knowledge in navigating the backend of Shopify as well as social media has been a huge help. I trust them implicitly and bonus they are fun to collaborate with.

We were in desperate need to move from Volusion to Big commerce as Volusion was not keeping up with all the available apps and Big commerce is a much user friendly platform for a small business like ours. I was really worried about the cost but found Web Ecommerce Pros and it was the best decision we made. They gave us a reasonable price, one that we could afford to do the transition from Volusion to Big Commerce and their service was outstanding. Very responsive, listened to our needs and we were able to move to Big commerce and have our website up and running with no issue. Even after a week of having our website live if there were some glitches on a link or image etc they were still helping to fix those kinks. Highly recommend. They are a very professional team. Further more I am now waiting on a quote from them to help us set up our products on Amazon.
