We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. However, we would like to clarify an important point in this review. Easync does not disable accounts without prior notice. When a subscription is approaching its end, users receive repeated notifications within the application so they have an opportunity to take the necessary actions. Even when access is restricted due to suspected misuse of the service, we do not simply cut off communication. We provide information about the restriction and remain available to communicate with the customer and explain the reason for it. We understand how important active listings and account data can be for a business, which is why we aim to provide users with appropriate notice and clear communication before access is restricted. If the reviewer believes their specific case was handled differently, we are happy to review the account history and communication records with them directly.

Regarding tracking, our system is designed to synchronize available tracking information within a maximum of approximately 6 hours. The physical shipment of an order, however, depends on the supplier of the product. Easync cannot control how quickly an external supplier dispatches an order. We also acknowledge that we have had cases where our customer support did not respond as quickly as it should have. We are actively working to improve this, and we would be happy to review your specific case if you contact us directly so that we can understand what happened and help resolve it. Finally, we cannot agree with the statement that using Easync itself caused your eBay store to fall from a near-perfect rating to Below Standard. eBay seller performance is determined by eBay based on the account's performance and transaction history, and there can be multiple factors involved.
