The only pro to this company is the ability to scale fast at a price cheaper than the competitors. I tried a few different drop shipping automation platforms and this one is the worst. Here are the cons I experienced: 1. They don’t track your true profits. They only track profits based on the fees from the suppliers. They don’t account for eBay fees. So the profits you see on your easync dashboard and inflated and aren’t your real profits. 2. The tracking sucks so bad. They don’t update tracking on time and I’ve gotten so many overdue shipments all because they can’t update tracking numbers for you on time. Most of my customers also can’t even track their order when provided the tracking number because Aquiline track numbers don’t work half the time. 3. They take forever to send you return labels when using FBE. Except them to get back to you in 2-3 days to send a simple tracking number. 4. They can’t even fulfill orders over $30. This is what made me switch to a different platform. That is just ridiculous to me that you can’t fulfill orders over $30. I had to start manually fulfilling my orders and that slowed down operations a lot. If you want to run a legitimate drop shipping business then I would stay away from Easync. They can’t even handle business.

Customer service has wasted my time countless times, and I've wasted time many times trying to get a discount. My store was deactivated; it was an automatic process, but when I didn't get a response for 6 days, it became a problem. Why are you making it so difficult for us to get a discount? What is your purpose? We can't talk to the managers. Managers, where are you? Why aren't you paying attention? Thanks to me, at least 5-6 people are using Easy. I've been using Easy for 8 months now, and they've been really annoying me lately. They take too long to help. What's your problem? Fix the injustice done to me immediately, or I'll change every review I've made about you.

I have been with easysnc for 1 Day. I have 20+ orders backed up. I have just been told that some orders take 1-2 days to process. Support does not seem to understand the urgency of it. It looks like I will be moving again in January!

I have been using this for nearly a year. The whole concept is great and used to work like clockwork. However the past couple of months, the service has somewhat declined. As it is so handy because you can create listings with multiple variations (size colour etc). The trouble is that doing this too much can easily take you over your listing limit accidently, that you have subscribed to..... I have today, accidently exceeded my listings count limit by 16 items. As soon as this happens, it forces you to upgrade your plan. It doesn't give you any warning or grace period to review and de-list items so that you can go back to within your limits. Now, I am totally stuck, I cannot use the site because I cannot get past this upgrade screen. I have gone on to my ebay and have delsited items from there, to get back to my limit. I have contacted support since this morning and have still not had any response although they say they reply typically in "under 20 mins" I have orders waiting to be fulfilled and cannot do anything. As soon as Christmas is over (the busiest period for this) I will be leaving this site completely. I am so disappointed in how the support is nit available as promised. Rant over.
