I purchased an Easwe e-10 mobility chair online and have been very happy with it. It is compact and light but also powerful where needed. There was an issue with the charger as it seemed to be defective out of the box. Easwe's customer support provided prompt assistance by troubleshooting at first and by sending a replacement charger after determining the problem. I am very happy with this product and also very satisfied with the service I received after encountering issues

I purchased the L10 powered wheelchair from the website last month. The after-sales customer support has been excellent. I have emailed a couple of queries and the support team have replied back very quickly. and have been very helpful. The L10 powered wheelchair has a modern design inspired by Formula One. It is sleek and unobtrusive. I also love the colour which is a race Red but it also comes in White if you prefer that. It is fairly lightweight but other wheelchairs out there are lighter or ultralight as they call it but often cost a lot more. This weighs about 25kg with the battery which can be easily removed to save a couple of kilos when lifting into a car boot. My wife has been able to lift it into the car on her own. I would compare it to the weight of a large filled suitcase. It folds up or down in a single motion with ease. It takes a little more space than a standard wheelchair when loaded in the car but unless you have a small car it is not going to take over the entire boot space. I also like the way it can be pulled behind you on two wheels similar to pulling your suitcase at the airport. As far as the ride goes, the turning circle will easily get you out of tight spots just turn the speed\gear down to level 1 or 2 to avoid any jerky reaction and have precise control. It can pretty much spin on the spot and I have spun the wheelchair in a couple of tight spots including an elevator at the shopping centre. I have tested it on country lanes (some rather bumpy with camber), gravel and grass and it performs well, even better than my old mobility scooter which is heavier and tended to dig in and get stuck on loose ground. With the top gear level 5 selected the chair has plenty of power. The overall ride is comfortable and I would recommend having the ‘luxury’ seating option with padded backrest flaps and headrest which are very comfortable and supportive especially for long periods. The range is advertised as 14 miles on a single charge with the one battery. I have done about 9 miles on the first charge and now recharging. I expect after a few charges the range should get better as the lithium battery ‘beds’ in. I only have the single battery as an additional second battery is expensive at around £300. The charging times are fairly quick so I think one battery for now will be fine unless planning a seriously long trek. The other main feature I particularly like is the seat can be raised or lowered. I have the manual lever version which is a bit similar to the office swivel chair. Can be upgraded as an option to the electric rise and fall. This does make it easier when transferring to another chair or bed which all tend to be at different heights. Overall, I believe this was a great purchase, good value and quality. The modern styling is brilliant without compromising comfort.

J’ai commandé le fauteuil EASWE L10 et en suis très satisfaite. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent au vu des options proposées. J’ai en plus apprécié la qualité du service clients avant la vente, qui s’est montré très réactif et m’a apporté des réponses précises aux questions techniques que je me posais sur le fauteuil. Et j’ai aussi pu « tester » la réactivité du service après vente car j’avais encore des questions techniques concernant la télécommande Bluetooth qui permet de piloter le fauteuil à distance. Franchement, il est rare de nos jours d’avoir cette qualité d’échange alors je souhaitais le signaler et féliciter EASWE. Continuez comme ça, et encore merci pour ce fauteuil qui me change la vie.

They really have the best customer service I have ever experienced. I'm disabled and couldn't find a local mobility scooter store that carried a folding scooter I could use so I started looking online. I was afraid to order online because of possible return complications. I ordered from them one that was reviewed as being light and easy to fold and when it came I found that I'm one of the few that can't manage it so I needed to return. I was PLEASENTLY surprised at how quick they were to respond and how helpful they were in helping me get it sent back. I also want to say, the scooter is a fantastic and had I been able to lift and fold with ease, I would have kept it. It's really cool. It looked sleek, modern and the colors were groovy. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Ongelooflijk goede service! Had eerst twee vragen, werden snel beantwoord, betaalde met Klarna en had de A10 rolstoel al na drie dagen in huis, makkelijk in elkaar te zetten, rijd makkelijk op vlak terrein, maar tot mijn grote schrik werd deze stoel na vijf dagen 36 euro goedkoper, geen probleem, ik kreeg gelijk het verschil terug! Dat zie je niet vaak hoor. EASWE, bedankt voor alles!
