Eastwood-Quality products, great service
I purchased a Concourse LT paint gun and am very pleased with the quality of the product and the additional needles/nozzles I purchased. The Eastwood website is easy to use and purchase process is simple and quick. Great communication on order status and shipment. I've been back several times. Just a home DIY person and really appreciate the quality of their products.

Products are great
Products are great. Got an email while I was loading my kart that promised free shipping with items over $99.00. When I checked out I was charged shipping. Not a big deal, but if you are not going to honor it, don't offer it.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you’re enjoying our products! We’re sorry for the confusion and inconvenience regarding the free shipping promotion. Promotions like free shipping should apply automatically when the criteria are met, and we understand how frustrating it can be if that doesn’t happen. Please contact us directly and we’d be happy to review your order and assist in applying the promotion if applicable. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I bought a 2x2 versa cut cnc plasma…
I bought a 2x2 versa cut cnc plasma table. Big mistake, spend a few more dollars and buy a real one. Most inconsistent machine I've ever use. Cuts are bad (I'm mean really bad) I could cut my pieces with an angle grinder faster. Probably going to try and find another sap ( like myself) to sell it to and regain a little of my money. Don't waste your money!!!!!!!!!

Please reach out to us directly so we can assist you further.

Por 15, Metal prep, and Cleaner degreaser.
Cans came dented, product was still protected. Now, the following product used on my first ever diy project, was an excellent experience. Read the directions and then had majority of the vehicle prepared for the process that in which it would under go. Wow did this metal protector and prep chemicals do a wonder. Fantastic project, cannot say enough I’m jaw dropped and stunned to see this project at this stage! Eastwood I will be back for more of the materials your company provides, because this is by far out of this world good.
