I had to use them because my kids were ready to swing. But the sides were concave making it extremely difficult to put 4x6 in. The steel actually split once in so far. I sanded down the 4x6 prior also. Overall great idea but needs some quality control to make sure fit is correct.

I ordered the heavy duty brackets and hardware to build a swing stand for a porch swing. The website made it very easy to order and I received my order in just a few days. I'm an older woman and the brackets made it very easy for me to build the A-frame stand for a porch swing by myself. It did not require me to cut any wood - just put the lumber in the brackets, drill holes and put the bolts in. That simple! I would recommend this company and product to anyone.

I ordered two sets of 41" monkey bars for a playground set I'm building. The bars arrived as scheduled, but the packages were totally demolished. One of the bars had a small dent and unfortunately Eastern Jungle Gym didn't include enough hardware (screws) to attach the bars. One box didn't have any hardware at all and the other box contained only enough hardware for 6 bars instead of 8. Very disappointing since the website said the order included the necessary hardware. I will say the bars seem to be pretty decent quality but the gauge of the metal is a bit thin. A thicker gauge would be better.

I have always been a "do it yourself" person. If you are looking for an easy way to construct a swing, I highly recommend the brackets I recently purchased from Eastern Jungle Gym. The product is exactly as described by the supplier. You will not be disappointed by the Quality. These brackets will help you fabricate your swing frame in short order. You may think the price is a little high, but I assure you that you are "getting what you pay for" This is a top quality product, and I am thoroughly satisfied.
