Eastern Jungle GymReviews of easternjunglegym.com

Easy to navigate website. Lots of product details available too, which helped me learn more before I made my purchase.

Easy to build, love this product and would highly recommend!

Point click add 2 to the cart. Enter credit card information. Click on order. Came in 2 days. Great efficiency. Pleasure to do business with and I do not have ANY reservations in referring /recommending any and all!

I was e mailed a coupon so I went to the site to purchase a swing. Upon checkout the coupon code did not work. I checked out anyway and e mailed their customer service and they credited the coupon amount back to me. Good deal! About a week later the swing came packaged in a torn open flimsy single-wall cardboard box. Luckily you can't really damage a swing.

We loved everything that we got from Eastern Jungle Gym! Great quality. Will definitely buy from this company again!!

I ordered the Easy 1-2-3 A Frame swing set bracket. From the website: "There is no need for measuring or cutting -- simply slide the wood into the bracket and screw in the bolts!" Simply sliding the wood into the bracket proved nearly impossible. I ended up using a sledge hammer to get the brackets on the 4x6, but it looks horrible because the bracket couldn't take the hits. It was the only way I could get the bracket on the board though. After being gentle and trying to get it on with a rubber mallet, etc. I gave up and used a small sledge hammer. Ultimately the brackets work and are very sturdy, but It would have been nice to have some instructions around how the brackets should fit and if they don't fit follow these steps. I would probably buy the brackets again, but I would definitely trim down the 4x6 so that the bracket went on without a lot of force.

the only complaint I have is when I called the company after placing the order to inquire about a price for updating something with my playset he said he would discuss with the manager there call me back. He never called back.

Was very happy with how they handled things. They forgot to ship one part of my order and after calling them and talking with them briefly, they shipped out the parts the next day-no questions asked. Excellent customer service.
