Website was perfectly easy to use. Products arrive quickly and with free shipping. As ordered. Brackets made building swingset a snap. Great experience.

The ladder was sturdy but had a notable split in the longest piece of wood. I was able to repair it with no concerns. It also arrived with no instructions. It is not complicated to install, but instructions would've made it a little quicker. With that being said, it looks great and is very sturdy. I am 230lbs and stood on the bottom step with no fear of it giving out.

For the last 7 years I have built playgrounds all over Cambodia and in Africa. I love the quality of the parts. They are parts that stand up to years of playtime with hundreds of children. Mark Roye Compassion Acts

I'm very happy with the swing set kit I purchased from Eastern. The hardware and the swing accessories are made of high quality materials. The design is also impressive. I sourced my own cedar wood and put the set together with ease. This will get a lot of us by my kids, as well as the neighborhood.

THE SWING MOUNTS ARE A MUST FOR SMOOTH NOISELESS SWINGING. I WILL DEFINITELY ORDER EVERYTHING AGAIN IF WE EVER BUILD ANOTHER SWING FOR US OR OUR FAMILY MEMBERS. CAN'T BRAGG ABOUT THE BRACKETS ENOUGH.
