I just love Eastern Accents
I just love Eastern Accents, the quality of fabrics and craftsmanship is just beautiful. I find the website to be very easy to understand and use and the ability to customize directly on the website makes it super convenient. The catalogs are beautiful with full color photography along with individual fabric samples of the fabrics being used in each collection make it a very helpful sales tool to use with clients.

Return made easy
I ordered a king size Turkish knot pillow from the Montecito collection for a client of mine. She had approved of the order but thought it was much too large when it arrived. It was within the 10 return period, so I was easily able to return it. I received a RA within a couple of days, with no hassle, whatsoever. Everything was made simple with not hassles, and I received a refund with the exception of the shipping, which I expected. I appreciated the ease in which this transaction was completed.
