While the sheets look beautiful and have a wonderful weight, they are a mass of wrinkles when they come out of the dryer. I washed them on cold, and dried them on ultra low - top sheet and fitted sheet separately so as not to crowd them. I hate how they look and will have to iron them. I had previously ordered the duvet cover and it washed and dried beautifully, so I had high hopes for the sheets. If I liked them I was planning on ordering a few more sets, but I am very disappointed, so that isn't going to happen.

I Purchased the Balfour bed set or a customer. Considering it asked you to pick your fill. I felt sure that meant for pillows and duvet. After delivery ( no duvet fill) I called to confirm with a representative from Eastern accents. She stated a lot of people think that it is included . I would think that the company would either make it clear on their website that the fill for the duvet is not included or else they would include it. Took a loss on the sale. Thanks Eastern accents.

Your customer service department was excellent in reviewing the issues with the upholstery bench I had ordered. They are remaking and I've called attention to the poor quality of the product that was delivered. The main issues were; 1) Hinges not installed correctly on the storage bench. 2) Item/fabric has been banged and scratched prior to being boxed (no damage on the box) 3) The holes for the Lucite legs were mis-drilled. The entire product was so disappointing. I've been in the business for over 25 years and I have to say I was surprised. I've owned 2 studio locations and have relocated so I'm not an independent designer looking for a new brick and mortar. I was a little shocked on the price point difference of "stocking dealer" . We are all doing business very differently since Covid. It is my opinion that the company may want to revisit the cost factor by volume/sales with designers/retailers and not base it on brick and mortar. The next step is a new product being made and delivered to our company. I'm crossing my fingers. If the product is as good as the customer service I received I should be in good shape! Thank you.

I have done business with Eastern Accent for over 15 years and still do not understand why I am not on open account with Eastern Accents? I do not use credit cards and hate to pay for product before I receive. I do have an order in with Eastern Accents and asked if I could do an electronic transfer out of my checking account with no response. I feel like your customer service is always to busy to help me proceed with my orders. Please let me know if I can get on open account or send a check to get me order in process. I can't understand, for the prices you charge, how on earth you expect a teeny tiny swatch to suffice for such an investment. The print I ordered is large and you barely captured one corner of the shape and missed most of the colors.
